Hey folks: Well I couldn't brew this Sunday as planned. I will not be able to brew until weds or Thurs. at the earliest. So should I restart my starter? I made the starter Friday night for a Sunday AM brew. Looked real good last night but will be done by Weds.
So: Use it? OR add some more wort Tuesday night? Thanks

I'd step it up, just to get it active again if it's fermented out.

Kinda figured that but being the lazy guy that I am I was hoping you would say, "just pitch it"
Thanks for the answer
