I'm pulling one of my corny's out of the kegerator to make room for some other stuff. My Steamer has to go otherwise at the rate I'm going my friends are going to kill it off.
Question is: this beer has already carbed and conditioned nicely. Will it cause problems with the yeast if I store it at room temp until I use it again? Say a few months?
I forgot to mention (though its probably obvious it's Wyeast California Lager)...
