I just got back from our best family vacation ever--a mostly camping trip in Colorado which included rafting and a three-day backpacking trip for my two sons and I. (My wife and daughter went shopping and whatever else girls do during those days).
I had one beer the whole time I was gone, but I did have an APA ready to be racked when I returned and my wit is now drinking nicely. I really enjoy my daily homebrews but it's also always a touch reassuring to know that I can live just fine without it.
(now coffee would be a different story--I don't even go without coffee when I'm backpacking!)
Bottle conditioning: Robust Porter
Drinking: Saison Dupont clone, tripel
Coming soon: Columbus APA, Rich Red ale
