I have a Dark Wheat AG kit from midwest in my possession, and they state an OG of 1.062-064. however, when I entered the recipe into beersmith, the og came out to a predicted 1.073...now, my efficiency is low (round 65%)as I've not yet learned all the ins and outs of my new AG equipment, so if I went ahead as directed I'd likely get around 1.064-ish, but I'd actually like this dunkel to be kind of easy drinking.....can you experts take a look at the recipe below and tell me if you think it will produce a BIG wheat or just an average wheat?

the only problem with modifying this recipe is that midwest has pre-mixed the grains together, so I can't selectively remove anyhting from the grain bill, though I can taka a couple pounds off and add back single ingredients.
