Default Witbeer kit from Northern Brewer

I'm awaiting an all grain witbeer kit from Northern Brewer and was wondering if anyone has brewed this kit and what their opinions were of it. Would anyone suggest adding fresh orange zest after fermentation has taken place?

I've never brewed the kit, but I will say: if you are going to add orange zest, do it during the last ten to fifteen minutes of the boil.
