holy mackerel - that was quick. Thanks for the info Ed - I already sent them a request for prices. Hopefully I'll have my own soon. Have 4 cases of apfelwein carbed in 12 oz bottles resting in the basement, right next to 40 or so 750ml bottles of still apfelwein. I still haven;t figured out which way I like it best, but I know I like it. I haven't ventured into the realms of the recipe modifications yet, and don't know if I ever will. The original is just so damn good!
