Is f/g of 1020 ok?

My Pilsner etc are generally 1010..

That's kinda vague. Did you do all grain, partial or extract? How much of your wort was with unfermentables? All this and more needs to be answered before a solution can be arrived at. In other words, what is your recipie?
A 1020 FG in my book is a bit high, but I have had them finnish in that range.

That could be a little high, but it's not out of the question. Did you rack it? How long has it been sitting?

That's high for a pilsner and low for an imperial stout. If it's 1/4 of the original gravity or less, it's about right.

The stouts opening was 1060. Its now been steady at 1020 for two days.

All of my brews come in with high final gravity readings.

Looks as though the trend is continuing.

Secondary is in bottles..

If your gravity readings have been steady for several days chances are your yeast is done converting the sugars. It's done.

Yeah but it started out on the high side too. 40 points is not bad at all for a stout. If it was 20 on a wheat that would be another thing.
