The instructions to make the yeast starter called for 1 cup DME to 1 liter of water.
I wasn't paying attention and started to add the entire 1lb of DME/ Fortunatly I caught myself before I dumped it all in and added 1/2 lb of DME.
The fermentation is going like crazy.
Does it really matter that I put in too much DME?
