My LHBS introduced new variety of pils malt: Weyermann Premium Pilsener, specs:

it is some 20% more expensive than normal pilsener malt:

dou you think is it worth it? I see its saccrification time is 20 min vs. 15 min in normal pils, maybe it is somewhat less modified?

If that is Weyermann's Bohemian Pils malt produced from Hanka barley it is very good. I brewed a Czech-style pils with that malt and it was excellent. It is less modified than their standard German pils malt so I did two short intermediate rests @ 45C/113F and 56C/133F before the main rest @ 66C/151F. The wort was extraordinarily sweet and light in color. You may not want to use this for everyday brews but it's a great malt for a Bohemian pils.

That is what I use for my Pils malt on everything. I think it is great.
