Default my stand

i used 2x4's and some angle iron, crappy looking but works, and it was easy to mount the burners to the angle iron with bolts

I didn't know how to weld before I built mine either. I borrowed a buzzbox (arc/stick welder) and started melting metal until it resembled a joint.
