The type of extract you used combined with the specility grains could contribute to a higher FG than you anticipate. If that isn't the case then you may look to your yeast pitching rate, aeration of the wort and the tempertures you fermented at.
Right now there may be nothing you can do other that try gently swirling your wort to try to get the yeast back in suspension if it has flocculated out and make sure your fermenting temps are in range for the yeast. Other that that, your brew may be finished.
