Default Hops broke ground

Here in Southern California, 2 of my hops I planted last year, just broke ground. I am hoping for some nice cones this year...

It's been warmer, but I'm hoping the incoming cold weather will keep mine in the ground a bit longer, as I haven't had a chance to hit the area with Roundup.

I might think about cutting them all back for another month or so. I have a few that are trying to go and (although is crazy hard) I am cutting them all back for about 30 more days. You will kill that bad boy if it freezes
