Hope this isn't too hard to read, it's a copy from Beersmith. Does this look like it'd make a beer similar to Hop Devil? Malts look about right to me, but I'm not sure on the hops..

It's been so long since I've had HopDevil. However, I think it'll turn out great. Make sure your IBU/SG ratio is good. With all of those hops I would think you'd want a beer with a little more malt character.

Try the website. Sometimes breweries give hints as to the hops that are used and maybe even a schedule. You can always email the master brewer.

The grain bill looks good, I would switch the hop additions too..

2oz Centenial 60 min
1 oz cascade 15min
1 oz Tettnang 5min
2 oz Cascade flameout

But thats just me, Your way will work to.

with 0 packs of yeast, you're not gonna get the right flavor...

Their website says German 2 row and American hops... not much more than that.

Finally got around to brewing this and kegged it tonight. Boy is it tasty!

I tried dry hopping a couple of ounces of leaf and pellet hops for 7 days. When I brew again, I would leave them a little longer to more hop aroma. I might also add a little more hops to the boil.

Final gravity ended up a 1.015, or about 6.5% ABV. It's pretty close to Hop Devil. Just need to carbonate it and compare

Finally got some Hop Devil to do a comparison this weekend. This recipe is very similar, though less hoppy. Flavor, malt character are near spot on. Slightly more bittering hops and a touch more aroma and it'd be almost the same
