I live in Missouri, and my Malt Extract Syrup is going to be shipped soon form Midwest Supplies. We are not expected to get out of freezing temps anytime soon. My question is, if the Syrup sits at my front door in freezing temperatures, will it freeze?
I assume 2 things, that the sugar in the malt will not let it freeze, and that Midwest Supplies has thought about this.
Also, I have dried lager yeast coming with it. Is all of these ok in freezing temps? I usually buy from my LHBS, but I tried the Internet for this. Thanks for any help
