A fellow merchant in my hometown was given a small keg of Wernesgruener Pils. He absolutely loved it, and wants to know if I can clone it.

Any recipes?

I think Wernesgruner a relatively rare bird here in the states. The only place I've heard that sells it is Aldi, so getting a specific clone might be tough.
IMHO Wernesgruner is a fine example of a classic German Pils. Perhaps you could start with a good Pils recipe and go from there. Maybe Kaiser or some of the other resident experts could help.
