Light, a little dry and a subtly hoppy. It\'ll be great for a hot, Chicag summer day.
5.00 lbs. American 2-row
0.50 lbs. Belgian Pale
0.25 lbs. Belgian Cara-Pils
3.3 lbs. Liquid Extra Light Extract
.50 lbs. Honey
1.0 oz. Sterling (Pellets, 7.50 %AA) boiled 60 min.
0.50 oz. Saaz (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 15 min.
0.50 oz. Saaz (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 5 min.
Yeast : White Labs WLP550 Belgian Ale

Mashed grain at 153 for 60 minutes. Sparged at 170 for 10 minutes.

6.0% ABV
 
May i ask: Why did you use 5lb 2-row and .5 belgian pale, instead of 5.5lb belgian pale?
