Default left airlock!

I am making my first kit and I am about 3 weeks in, 4 being time the instructions suggest racking to bottle. I (foolishly) left my airlock off today for about 3 hours. Is the batch toast? Is there anything I can/should do? Should I add some priming sugar to restore carbonation

You're not carb'ing the beer until it's capped in a bottle....

Sanitize the airlock and put it back on. end.

I'm confused. This is a winemaking forum. Are we talking about wine or beer? Why would you want priming sugar in your wine kit? If you are talking about a wine kit, chances are your wine is ok. Your wine has likely been expelling enough CO2 to prevent much, if any, oxidation. Replace the airlock and continue as directed.
