Anybody ever seen a large oval pot suitable for a full boil?

[Edit: Or, if not oval then at least somewhat rectangular (though I worry about corners). Like a roaster, perhaps.]

Or, anybody using a normal 6-7 gallon brew pot with two stovetop gas burners?

I'm thinking, why bother getting a full boil pot if my gas range isn't going to be able to boil it...but if I had an oval pot, I could use two burners. (A boy can dream.)

I did check that out, thanks.

Most of the ideas there were for electric ranges, though. Flames add a whole new level of danger when tacking "stuff" onto your brew pot. (Though, it seemed like the NASA stuff at the end of the thread might work.)

Anyway. SWMBO would be very cranky if my brewpot caught on fire, I imagine.
