If you are wanting to use this as a manifold for CO2, I don't see why it would not work, but it may not be the best choice. Most of your better manifolds have check valves to prevent liquid from flowing back into your regulator(s), and may even have the option of multiple regulators to customize your carbing/serving pressure for each keg.

Now having said that, I use a simple 4-way divider for my "manifold", serve everything at the same pressure, and try to be really careful about backflow.

I check valve is less than $1.00, or you could add a check valve shut off to supply the manifold. For that price I'd do it.

1/4" Barbed Shutoff Valve :: Midwest Supplies Homebrewing and Winemaking Supplies

I'd use that .. there is just a check valve that doesn't have a shutoff, those are around $1.00. Midwest does not have it listed.

It would be this:

THREADED Shutoff Valve :: Midwest Supplies Homebrewing and Winemaking Supplies

Without the shutoff.

Regulator Check Valve - 1/4" NPT to 1/4" MFL @ Homebrew.com

This is what I'm talking about. When I was at midwest supplies last I picked up a couple.
