I've brewed this one a couple times now and it's turned out well enough to share. Of course, then I had to name it...I'll get better at that! :D
Has a sweet wheat taste to it with a nice haze and with a malty flavor. Something different. Sorry that it's a small batch, but that's my setup at the moment.

3 lbs 8.0 oz Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 1 63.6 %
1 lbs 12.8 oz Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 2 32.7 %
2.4 oz Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 3 2.7 %
0.8 oz Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) Grain 4 0.9 %
0.50 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 5 18.3 IBUs
0.25 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 6 12.8 IBUs
0.25 oz Magnum [14.00 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 7 8.4 IBUs
1.0 pkg American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056) [124.21 ml] Yeast 8 -

BIAB
2.5gal @ 161* for 75 mins
Mash out at 168 for 10.

In the end this may not be an APA, but it fit the style. Cheers.
