Ok, I have been doing beer for awhile, and wanted to try my hand at a wine kit.

I read the directions with a Vinters Reserve Shiraz kit, and have a spare 6 gal carboy , and everything else but the bottles and a corker..

After the primary ferm & secondary ferm are complete, does the wine need to be kept at the 65-75* temp range ? Could it be a little lower ?

It can be a bit lower, try to keep it at least in the low to mid 50's though. Unless you are going to try to cold crash it, then drop it even lower for a few days.
