I personally love SweetWater BLUE out of ATL. I currently have and IPA American I from AHS going now and I purchased the Blueberry extract to go in before bottling. I am also curious to how it is going to turn out, but i'll keep ya'll up to date ont it.

when using fruit do you pasturize it? or do you just throw it in. I would be worried about infection. what about Campden Tablets? so far i know how to ferment it in the secondary in a mash bag.

Opps didn;t know this threadwas still going. Never got any email notification.
The beer I made came out great, my wife loved it. It was more a girly type beer I think.
The foaminess was definatetly the extract. I have done antoher brand's fruity extract type beer and it did the same thing.
Both were pretty good. A nice change, not to overpowering and the non beer drinkers love it more than regular beer.
