hi all, i made 10 gallons of wheat beer last weekend,want to put raspberries in half of it.when i rack it to the secondary ,will it matter if i keep it at fermentation temperatures(mid 60's) or keep it at cellar temps in the mid 50's thanks,don

if you are going to bottle you will need to keep it at ferment temp. If kegging you can get away with not but I would not do that. There is sugars in the berries and the yeast will want to eat that sooner or later so you may as well let them do it now.
