Dedo's wife needs some homebrew

My wife is Gluten free. I made a Gluten Free IPA last year from http://www.glutenfreehomebrewing.org/showrecipe.php?recipeid=21 But, Being a bit of a mad scientist I didn't follow the recipe upping the IBU's to around 60 and having a OG of around 1.075. Anyway, the guys at work liked it, but free beer who doesn't. She is really into Umm, can I say it on here (coor's peak). What I'm going to start with is 3Lbs. of rice DME, I think some of the http://www.bobsredmill.com/gf-might-tasty-hot-cereal.html and a simple dose Cluster, IBU's below 25? Keep It Simple S. . . I'm wondering what size batch this would make. although I could probably figure it out. try to keep the OG: to 1.04 or something? what else should I add? corn sugar? Oats?

Any suggestion would help .
