I ordered some ingredients a few weeks ago and finally got around to brewing the batch. It turned out the cascade hops I ordered were a lower AA% than the catalog said. 5 minutes on the phone with midwest and they sent out an ounce of hops to me to make up for the lacking AA. Props to midwest supplies for great customer service.
