I downloaded the free trial and I like it so far but I cannot figure out the mashing schedule for the life of me. Any helpful hints? The help menu leaves a bit to be desired.

I am still confused by this also.
Hmm, if I had ever fly sparged I would have a video on that also. I might be able to figure it out though...
