I know not all beers condition into something better, I was wondering if someone could give me some good ideas of something I can brew and just let hang out in my basement and forget about. :ban::ban::ban:

I go dark and strong for the biggest development from green to aged.

Baltic Porter. Imperial Stout. Doppelbock. Scottish Wee Heavy.

It's amazing how much these change from a month old to a year old.

so pretty much what i've read around here it is high gravity beers only that benefeit

Yes but Imperial or Double IPA's are not included. You want to drink these fairly fresh between lets say 3-6 months because the bitterness starts to fade away after that.
