Hey everyone,
I'm planning up brewing up an IPA this weekend and was going to use some special roast to make it a bit more interesting. My question, I was planning on using 2 lbs along with 10 lbs of 2 row and about 1.5 lbs of miscellaneous other stuff. The special roast is taking up about 16 % of the grist and I'm wondering if that will push it over the top on the nutty / biscuity flavors. Anyone have experience with using special roast that can speak to it's potency? Thanks in advance as always!
