First time trying the "decanting method" with starter. I have had my starter out at room temp now for 36 hours and the yeast doesnt seem to be dropping. Is it ok to put it in fridge or should i wait? I will be brewing tomorrow, pitching tomorrow night. I want to make sure I give it enough time in the fridge to drop out so I can decant without loosing yeast.

Just make sure it's sealed well since your fridge is a bacteria breeding ground.
