Has anyone dry hopped with Sorachi Ace? It is a high alpha hop and I am not sure whether it will overwhelm all the other hops if I add another ounce. I loved the scent it gave to the body of the beer ...

I have .5 oz of leaf plugs so it sounds like I am good. If others have used the hops combination I have going and want to chime in please do. I also have Northern Brewer and some Cascade if I need additional.

I was planning to brew and dry hop with ace as well to pull out more of the lemon flavor. I just got my hops in the mail and the description now added dill as a flavor. How noticeable is the dill? I am planning a smash saison so there won't be other hops to mask it.
