Cask question

i want to cask into either the mini kegs or the plastic 1 gallon cubes on northern brewer. my question is if i only want to due half the batch or 2 gallon cube and 3 gallon bottle, how would i figure out the carbonation, or should i do a 10g batch, although its the first time with this recipe and i dont know if i want to do 10g.

I would recommend that you just get a pin. They run about $120 new and will last forever and work better then any DIY solution that you can think of.

ya im going economical right now. a cask is in the future.

I know this is an old post. but where do they sell pins for 120$ I cant find anything

you can prolly find them without issues, but here is one for $200 for the complete set
