Just tasted my first Homebrew!

After seven days in the bottle I tasted my first one. It's an American Wheat, from a true brew kit. I really wanted to see how it progresses, so I'm not touching another for another week, but it was actually pretty good. I was pleasantly suprised. Sure the head died down right away, but there were bubbles, and the color was beautiful! The taste wasn't bad. A tad sweet at the front, and a tad bitter in the aftertaste, but overall pretty drinkable. I can't wait till next week!

Congratulations and I'm sorry, you seem to be hooked.

I'll say, I'm currently cooling the wort for my first non kit recipe. A pumpkin ale.
