Standard 3" chrome tower - no faucet. Includes tower and cap. Drilled for one faucet, would be easy to drill a 2nd/3rd hole for additional faucets with a step bit. $25 shipped. This is brand new.

The ones on ebay don't come with a cap ($14 or so with shipping). I bought 2 for a kegerator I was working on, but broke the fridge so I sold one last week and it cost me $9 something to ship it (Priority) with a faucet so maybe $5 without? I'd do $25 shipped. That's less than you could do it on ebay.
