Yeah that is a pretty awesome deal. All stainless. They aren't even trying to rape the buyer with shipping costs. I thought that was the first rule of eBay... set price low, set shipping high.
 
The reason is that the seller doesn't pay ebay fees on shipping cost, not to rape the buyer.
 
still is missing the top but maybe a call to perlick would get you one on the cheap
