I am planning on doing this extract kit in about a week and I was thinking about adding some molasses or something. Just wanted to play with it a bit. Anybody have some suggestions?

I made that one All grain version, I didn't care for it, but I dont believe its AHS's fault. Its got wheat in it, I dont think I care for it in a stout. It was a bit acidic tasting, but I wouldn't know where it came from. It was still good and drinkable but I am seaching for a sweeter stout.

I was wondering about that one. A bit on the fence whether to pull the trigger and get one. I was trying to figure out what wheat in a stout would be like. I'll probably go for a second Karankawa instead.

I brewed this last fall, really enjoyed it. Worth a go as it is on sale still at AHS I believe....
