Is there a good website out there for checking the stats on ingredients? I'm starting to use software now to make my own recipes, and if it doesn't have the information on a particular ingredient.. I would like to add it to the listing. Its asking for color(SRM), extract(%), and moisture(%).

Just curious if there is a good site out there that lists all this data that I can easily look up?

Your best bet is to look at the website for the manufacturer of that particular ingredient. The store you bought it from could also be very useful.

And if neither of those helps, a simple google search for what you need can work. (i.e. "Sinamar SRM" or "Roasted Wheat extract yield")
