What do you think about this?
I took my first and only hydrometer reading yesterday (7 days post brew) and it read 1.010.
To me that seems like its done, should I take another reading before bottling?
Also I want to bottle on day 12 because of work schedule, I have heard 2 weeks is the way to go but is it a big deal?
