6# of sorghum
1 pound of rice syrup solids
.5 oz. Pearle (60 min)
.5 oz. Pearle (30 min)
1 ounce Saaz (15 min)
coriander 1 teaspoon (5 min)
SafBrew Ale Yeast #S-33)
1 tsp of yeast nutrient
6 days, then rack add 5 lbs of frozen strawberries
7 days then rack again
cold shock (rack then into keg)
Positive mellowing of flavor after 21 days in keg, just a hint of a strawberry aroma. Nice summer beer if you ask me and my first attempt.
