Hey everyone. I wanna start curing bacons and smoking sausages and I stumbled on a product called praque powder. I have seen around the net that this isn't a typo for prague powder since some people actually use praque powder. The problem I am having is that the package does not specify if it's #1 or 2. Has anyone had experience with this powder. The package doesn't even have a list of ingredients at the back. Just the name of the distributor. But it is pink and looks like salt so I assumed at the time of buying it was prague 1 and the q was a typo
