I am torn between trying EdWort's Bee Cave or the Beersmith Bavarian Hefe from that website.

They are pretty close, with the Beersmith 3/4 pound heavier on the grain (10G) and use of two yeasts WLP300 and WLP720. (actually he used Wyeast but my LHBS only has White so these are the ones I will use).

I will fly sparge either recipe.

Thanks again!

Well dunno if it's any help but I just brewed edworts about 2.5 weeks ago and it's awesome in the keg right now. Doubt the extra grain will do very much to differentiate the two-just going to be in the yeast. Unfortunately can't say much on the 720 since I've never used it.

Doubt I've been very helpful but maybe just make both:mug:

i will probably end up making them both…but was just seeing if anyone could nudge me one way for the first one.
