my new batch of cider is good. I'm drinking it warm right now because it hasn't gotten into the fridge yet. I tried one 'bout 5 days ago and it tasted like drywall soaked in listerine. not that i really know what drywall tastes like, but i remember desperate times when i worked temp jobs at the food storage place above the gypsum mines, and i would drink any g---amn thing that had alcohol in it. 'ts all good now... i hope some lasts long enough to achieve full maturity/deliciousness from old storage. Hey it's good in a wine glass too. I feel all uppity. So does my dog laying splay-legged on the floor, apparently.:fro:
