It's doubtful that you ruined it, but we need more info on your process. Exactly what did you do from start to finish?

first gallon i used a pitcher i began not feel like i need to take my insulin so i hurried the process and used the sprayer for the next 5 gallons

I would say probably not gonna ruin it. I've used the spray setting on my kitchen faucet to top off my fermenter a few times right before pitching yeast and have had no issues. Seems the spray helped aerate also.
So it was a no boil kit? I still think you're ok. Just trying to figure out what you did.
