This farm stabilizes and concentrates their juice for fermentation.. They have over 20 varieties in huge chilled vats.. Also they have everything you'll need in supplies, super cheap!!!! They charged me .50 for sanitizer and 1 buck for the rubber stopper/airlock... The juice is around 5 bucks a gallon.. I have a nice 5 gallon batch of Rougeon happily fermenting right now..

They also offer kits and yeast..

That available year-round? I know some of the Finger Lakes wineries sell juice to home winemakers during harvest time.

EDIT: Oh, that's on the far side of Buffalo. We go out to Buffalo and Bath quite a bit, but that's out of the way a bit.

They ran out of about half of the juices, I picked up my juice 3 weeks ago..
