It depends on which blind pig you are talking about. The one when Vinnie was at Blind Pig Brewing Co. in Temecula CA. or the one he brews now at Russian River. Yours looks like a blend of both actually, most of your recipe looks like the original version except they used to oak it too.

The grain bill looks good, I may add a few percent more of cara-pils and the OG listed on the site is 1.060, with 6% ABV which puts the FG at 1.014.

In the newer version, they forgo the oak and add simcoe and amarillo at knockout and dry hop.

This is what I have heard from researching myself as I plan on brewing this in about a month too.
