Does anyone have the recipe for it? I know, I know.....I should use the search function, but I did and the only answers that I found in the threads were people saying to use the search function without any sign of the actual recipe. Can someone just post the recipe if they know where it is?

I don't have one but one day about 3 months ago I told one of the guys at the LHBS that I wanted to make one and he said "good luck, I have been trying for a long time to make that one right". Something about it being dryhopped every day makes it a big pain ing the azz.

I found this on another site...

I feel it is also important to point out that brewing a beer that's that high gravity is not going to be a real straightforward and easy task, which becomes particularly important given how expensive the ingredients are - that's a lot of money down the drain if it doesn't work out. From what I've read, the difficulty goes up exponentially as the ABV increases.

A BYO article I read recently on a guy's experiences brewing a 21% ABV beer:

One of the things is the yeast. It takes an ass-ton of yeast to ferment that out. You will be making some big starters and really stepping them up and up and up.

As much as I like that brew, it's not worth my time and money right now to even try it.

Did you try the 120minute and like it? I am a fan of the 60 and 90...but IMO the 120minute was not worth the price of the bottle!
