I've almost got my brewery completely automated, the only thing I was missing was a float switch for the MT to maintain the mash level while sparging. The mash fluctuates less then an inch with this switch and if I shut off the sparge the HLT automatically shuts off also.

I checked eBay and found a SS ball float for $10 and a solenoid valve for $19. so it ended up being a pretty cheap and easy project.

I installed an outlet on the side of my control panel to plug both of them in so they are easy to disconnect.
