Is this enough yeast to make a starter?

I just tried my hand at yeast washing. I took three of these. All look pretty similar in amount of yeast at bottom. Does this look like enough to make a starter. It's in an old white labs tube.

Yeah, that should be plenty. You might have to do a couple steps to build the population back up. If you've done a few starters you should know what a typical starter looks like finsihed and settled out, so just use good judgement and you'll be fine.
