just never got around to movin it to a 2ndary. i think i may actually wanna bottle this instead racking to the keg...but i'm curious if the yeast are still gonna be able to carb naturally (i'll be using muntons carb tabs).

well i'm at it....can i still wash the yeast from the primary?

i'll second orfy. i used a yeast cake that had been sitting for 2 months and when it was hit with fresh wort went nuts.
