Never again will I try this yeast for a soda. I used this for a grape soda, carbed around the low 70's for about 24 hours, and got great carbonation but the worst rotten egg and yeasty undertones plus this stuff does not flocculate well while being at low fridge temps for 36 hours plus. I should have tried the Cuvee instead. Anyone else have the similar results?
