Quick Apfelwein Help

Hey all,

SWMBO is heading to the store now while I am at work, and I need to know if its ok to use Motts apple juice? It does not have perservatives, but I am not sure if its ok to use juice that is from concentrate?

I gave a bottle to a friend and she said she could tell it was Mott's (not in a bad way), but this was after I told her that.

I just sanitized my carboy for the first time, every other time has been the plastic buckets, and I was just wondering how long it takes for the starsan bubbles to go away? How much of that should I worry about getting out? I know some is ok, but how anal should I be about getting as much out of it as I can?

I wash mine until the smell is gone. Thats just me though.
